Minimal envelope for mutation/action endpoints whose response the SDK does
not model field-by-field. The untouched parsed response (or undefined for a
204) is on raw. Returned instead of a bare unknown so callers get a
stable, discoverable access point (result.raw) rather than casting an opaque
value — and so a richer typed shape can be added later without another break.
